How do I join E/TEI? Did not see a membership tab on the website.
Ryan, I was much in the same predicament as you when I was looking to join today. I discovered the E/TEI is now an affiliate of Indiana-ACTE
(Association for Career and Technical Education) and if you go there you can join ACTE ($30) AND affiliate E/TEI ($10) at the same time. I have been out of contact for a few years and am anxious to find out what's going on in the state. I encourage you to join both associations. ACTE is very good and more people know of them.
I am trying to produce a human foosball arena (Google Human Foosball Arena) and am having a great deal of trouble finding a stable material for my slider bars. I have tried to make contact with builders in Davenport, Iowa and somewhere up north ( Minn or Wis) and can get no help. We have tried 10 foot lengths of 1 1/2 " PVC (reinforced with large wooden dowels) and still have too much sag to be useable. Now entertaining a 18' x 2" D. piece of galvanized steel. From the facebook sites/pictures i've seen it looks like what they have used. Any ideas?
